3 No Guarantees or Warranties

3.1 TAAROM provides no guarantees, implied warranties, or assurances of any kind with respect to:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any prediction, reading, or consultation
• The outcome of any remedy, mantra, yantra, gemstone, or other astrological suggestion
• Any financial, emotional, spiritual, personal, or physical result following a consultation
• The uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free availability of the Platform or its services

3.2 TAAROM will not be responsible for any interpretation made or any use by the recipient of information or data obtained through the Platform.

3.3 Astrological counselling provided through the Platform is based on the cumulative and individual knowledge, experience, and interpretations of independent Astrologers. Such interpretations may vary from one Astrologer to another and are inherently subjective in nature.

4.1 All services available on TAAROM, including but not limited to astrological readings, kundli reports, horoscopes, tarot readings, numerology, and live consultations, are offered for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only.

5.1 TAAROM is a digital platform and brand name operated by TAAROM Tech Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership duly registered under the laws of India.

5.2 TAAROM Tech Solutions LLP is the legal entity responsible for the operation, management, and maintenance of the TAAROM website at taarom.in and the TAAROM Android and iOS mobile applications.

6.2 Data collection and processing practices are governed by applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7 Limitation of Liability
