1 How to Request Data Deletion
To submit a data deletion request, please follow these steps:

2Include your registered phone number in the email so we can verify your identity

3Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
We will process your request within 48 hours of receipt and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
2 Delete from Within the App
You can also request account and data deletion directly from within the TAAROM app:
Open the TAAROM app and navigate to Settings. Look for the Account or Privacy section and select Delete My Account. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
3 What Gets Deleted
Upon a valid and verified deletion request, TAAROM will permanently delete or anonymise the following data associated with your account:
- ✓Your profile information including name, email, mobile number, and profile photo
- ✓Your birth details (date, time, and place of birth)
- ✓Your consultation and chat history
- ✓Your wallet balance and transaction preferences
Please Note: Certain data may be retained for a legally mandated period even after a deletion request. This includes payment transaction records (retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under applicable financial and tax laws) and data required to resolve pending disputes or comply with court orders or regulatory requirements.
