Our pricing is customised based on the nature of the service, the expertise of the astrologer, and the effort and output involved. All applicable charges are clearly communicated to you before you confirm a session.
Certain services on TAAROM are available for fixed durations. Where applicable, the duration and terms are clearly stated within the service description prior to booking. Service periods typically range from 1 month to 6 months. Payment for such services is collected upfront at the time of booking.
We are committed to offering you the best value for your money. If you find an equivalent service: of the same quality, professionalism, and scope: offered at a lower price by a comparable provider, we will be happy to match it.
Please note that our pricing is not influenced by market fluctuations or competitor pricing strategies. Any price match request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
If a service you have purchased is reduced in price after your booking, we regret that we are unable to retroactively adjust the price paid. Sale adjustments are not applicable once a booking is confirmed.
Additionally, booked slots are generally non-reschedulable. Requesting a change in slot date or time may result in cancellation of your booking. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for further details.
While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy across our platform, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that a service is found to be incorrectly priced at the time of booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and notify you promptly. You will not be charged more than the price displayed at the time of your booking.
TAAROM services are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to any individual we reasonably believe is misusing the platform, reselling services, or acting in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
